Having followed the series since its first season, I went into with high expectations – and for the most part, it delivers. This WEBrip copy is clean (good video/audio sync, no intrusive watermarks), so no complaints on the technical front.

Some subplots drag in the middle episodes (eps 4–6), relying too heavily on voiceover narration instead of showing the tension. Also, a few characters introduced in S01 are sidelined abruptly, which feels like lost potential.

If you enjoyed Narcos or The Last Dance but want something grittier and more politically focused, El Presidente S02 is a worthy follow-up. Just don’t expect clean resolutions – the show’s strength is in showing how power corrupts, not in giving easy answers.
