Log in with the same Google account as on the ZTE Blade A34.

Scroll down and tap System (or System & Updates depending on software version). zte blade a34 hard reset

Select the ZTE Blade A34 from the device list. Log in with the same Google account as on the ZTE Blade A34

Tap Erase everything or Confirm .

Tap Reset phone or Reset .

Click Erase Device → Erase (confirm).
