“But this television,” Sheldon continued, tapping the curved glass screen, “is standard definition. 480i. Possibly 480p if I squint and pray. The new player outputs 1080p.” He scribbled a calculation. “At our viewing distance of eight feet, the improvement in angular pixel density will be… negligible.”
