Unlike main series games where one parent can pass multiple IVs via Destiny Knot, in PokeMMO , each parent can only hold one item . Therefore, a single breeding attempt can guarantee a maximum of two IVs (one from the mother, one from the father).

For each specific IV (HP, Atk, Def, SpA, SpD, Spe), there exists a corresponding Power Item (e.g., Power Weight for HP, Power Bracer for Attack). When a parent holds a Power Item, that specific IV is guaranteed to pass to the offspring.
