My favourite season is spring, a time when the world truly feels reborn. After the long, grey months of winter, spring arrives like a gentle promise. The most noticeable change is the temperature; the crisp, biting cold gives way to a soft, life-giving warmth. This warmth coaxes the first brave crocuses and daffodils from the still-chilly soil, painting the ground in shades of yellow, purple, and white. The trees, which stood like skeletons, begin to dress themselves in the most delicate shade of green, a colour so fresh it almost looks new. For me, spring is a feast for the senses. I love the clean, wet smell of the earth after an April shower and the cheerful sound of birdsong at dawn. It is a season of hope and fresh starts, a time when the world opens its eyes again, reminding us that after every ending, there is a beautiful new beginning.
