Mia Banana Beach -

The name comes from an old story: a fisherman named Mia who once traded a bunch of wild bananas for a piece of paradise, or so the locals joke. True or not, the beach has a sweet, sun-warmed soul. You can wade out fifty meters and still see your toes — the water is that clear, that calm.

At the far end, a small wooden shack sells fresh coconut water and grilled fish wrapped in banana leaves. A few brightly painted kayaks rest on the sand. No loud music, no big resorts. Just the sound of gentle waves, the occasional laughter of children splashing in the shallows, and the smell of salt and ripe fruit hanging in the air. mia banana beach
