What viewers saw on ANT1 was a tame, heavily edited 45-minute nightly show. But the DVD5 reveals the truth.

The box art is a single image: the camp at night, with a blurred figure standing just outside the firelight. The tagline: “They wanted out. We wouldn’t let them.”

The production company refused to stream the uncut version. Legal threats from three celebrities and one sponsor (a Greek yogurt brand) kept the footage locked. But a disgruntled editor leaked the master tapes to a boutique physical media label. They pressed exactly 5,000 DVD5 copies—because the MPAA and Greek broadcasting authorities can’t seize what’s not online.
