4 Seasons Hotel Owner !free! Here
Most guests never think about the "owner" of a Four Seasons. They think about the doorman’s smile or the bed’s thread count. But after diving into who actually controls the brand (the Bill Gates-led investment group), I have mixed feelings.
Excellent steward of capital. Average steward of magic. Still the best business hotel bed you’ll ever sleep in. 4 seasons hotel owner
The invisible hand behind flawless luxury Most guests never think about the "owner" of a Four Seasons
⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)
Since Gates’ Cascade Investment took majority control (alongside Kingdom Holding), the brand hasn't dipped in quality. If anything, the owner's deep pockets allowed Four Seasons to survive COVID without gutting service standards. They’ve also pushed the incredible private jet experiences and the new residential expansion. You can feel the "tech-billionaire precision" in how smooth everything runs—no expense is spared on HVAC or check-in efficiency. Excellent steward of capital
Let’s be honest—this is an asset play. Bill Gates didn’t buy Four Seasons because he loves turndown service. He bought it because luxury real estate and hospitality are recession-proof cash cows. Consequently, prices have climbed faster than innovation. The owner seems content to let the brand coast on its legendary reputation rather than disrupt the market.
